Abstract: 

Background: In this study, the first effect of business ethics and corporate social responsibility in the social legitimacy of business and competitive advantage is studied. Then, the moral Degradation in society's direction and impact of business ethics and social responsibility in improving the organization's performance is evaluated.Method: the present study is descriptive-correlation. Population of study includes all financial managers who are active in the manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies in 2014. Among all, 50 companies were selected by simple random sampling. The research tool was C. Petty. Data were analyzed by multivariate regression.Results: Organizations with social responsibility have more advantages in compare with other organizations. But the organizations that comply with the principles of ethical business in compare with other competitors do not gain any competitive advantage. CSR's legitimacy is respected by the community. But the organizations that respect to business ethics does not have any legitimacy by society. In a society with moral degradation, organizations that have a high social responsibility, has a competitive advantage and legitimacy of the community.Conclusion: With moral degradation, the society pays more attention to ethical codes by organizations. Internal values of organizations like business ethics has been respected in normal conditions, but with moral degradation will be the essential factor for improving the performance of organizations.

Abstract: 

Ethical issues have been extensively discussed in management discipline for around three decades. The ways in which different organizations are expected to determine their policies so that they are ethical, in a broad sense, is disputed in business ethics. In this paper, Rule-Utilitarianistic approach is utilized in order to help the civil society in concretizing ethical standards in organizations. To do so, the significant role of customers is illustrated, as far as supply sides policies are concerned. In conclusion, in order to concretize supply sides policies in organizations, some suggestions are put forward.

Abstract: 

Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from technology has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born and based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ethics, science and technology, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony and compatibility. Material and Methods: The current review study was descriptive and using the study of sources and research keywords among the books and articles published in the databases of Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med. Conclusion: As science and technology continue to advance and become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions and take actions. If science and technology were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans and influence all aspects of behavior and values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, and people now seek help from it as a tool.

Abstract: 

Background: One of the emerging fields of study in recent years is business ethics education. Research in this field is very limited and needs more attention and study to identify goals, dimensions, components and also the factors affecting it. This study examines what dimensions are considered in business ethics education and what elements are considered to be effective by different researchers. Method: The present study is descriptive and in terms of purpose, it is an applied study that has been done in a systematic review method. Its statistical population includes all studies in the field of business ethics education in Scopus database from the beginning of publication until 2020 and includes 832 researches, in which 51 articles were selected as a sample. The coding was performed using MAXQDA 10 and the results were analyzed using the Whetten framework Results: The failure to transfer the teachings of business ethics courses to the real environment and the lack of theory and model in this field is one of the most important research gaps, one of the main factors is the lack of attention to the context in business ethics education. Conclusion: Theoretical participation of this study includes a better understanding of goals, dimensions and components as well as factors affecting business ethics, especially in the field of education. This, along with the study gap, can be used as a practical contribution to the development of lesson plans and content for business ethics courses.

Abstract: 

The current research is a qualitative evaluation of a case study has been conducted in Iranian oil company to recognize problems and structural defect, and the corresponding results of the first phase implies the weakness of performance evaluation of the organization, lack of distributive and procedural justice, inappropriate concentration of civil foundation in capital, Tehran, task-oriented (against process-oriented), source-axis (against knowledge-founded) and being undeveloped low trust in beneficiaries in organization, and ultimately necessary to promote for EFQM models with ethics-oriented approaches. The results were evaluated on credit based on descriptive statistical methods and on a quantitatively approach through 156 persons of the management of the organization. The similarity of deducted data on quantitative and quality reasoning and recognized reconciliations with Total Quality Management model structure leads the researchers to introduce new basis in the performance evaluation area according to software and hardware of the Oil Ministry, and the ethics oriented EFQM model has been introduced as the suggested one to evaluate performances in Oil Ministry and subordinate companies.

Abstract: 

Background One of the prominent features of ethics is to prevent conflict and tension in society and between individuals, and when ethics exist in society, some abnormalities in society will be eliminated. Ethics are also important in business relationships and will promote business prosperity, trust, honesty and goodwill, and economic transactions will result in a healthy and reassuring environment. The question posed in this study is: Is business ethics effective in preventing bank crimes? In order to answer this question, the function and role of business ethics has been examined. In this paper, a descriptive-analytical research method with a pick-up tool in which a new model of prevention in law is explained. Conclusion Business ethics is a normative science that improves and promotes business transactions and is one of the business transactions that should be conducted in a crime-free environment and because of business ethics as a police business relationship or the police business relationship is mentioned, so if you institutionalize it in banks, you can prevent many bank crimes and see the economic health of the business. In fact, business ethics as a new model of banking law has a special place, the most objective presence of ethics in the business world is the same set of codes of conduct.

Abstract: 

The paper aimed to investigate the influence of factors, such as responsibility, respect, honesty and fairness as components of business ethics among employees, on customer satisfaction. The statistical population of the study was the customers of mentioned repair shops in Kerman. Using random sampling, a sample of 267 were selected. A 23-item questionnaire were used to gather information. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire (0/9573). Descriptive statistics including frequency tables, graphs, mean, and statistical tests such as Pearson, ANOVA and regression were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that there was a significant relationship between business ethics and customer satisfaction in which the greatest impact of business ethics components on customer satisfaction were respectively: responsibility, respect, honesty and fairness. Authorized repair shops of Iran Khodro and Siapa companies were compared and the results showed that the later cares more about business ethics and customer satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Background Sustainable business ethics is one of the most important organizational issues. The lack of understanding and commitment to the observance of the indicators can cause a variety of negative psychopaths’ consequences during the time. In this regard, this study has tried to identify indicators of sustainable business ethics and determine the degree of their importance using fuzzy TOPSIS technique and explore the network of causal relationships and degrees of influence and impressionability of these indicators using the fuzzy Dematel technique. Method This study is applied in terms of objective and is descriptive in terms of obtaining data. Population of the study includes all experts and faculty members. Among all, 5 experts were selected by meaningfully sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. After identifying sustainable business ethics indicators from the literature and expert opinion, fuzzy TOPSIS technique was used to prioritize them and Dematel fuzzy technique was used to determine causal relationships between these indicators. Results Of the eight indicators of sustainable business ethics (social responsibility, social values, Introspection and inner purification, cultural competence, moral ideals, Spiritual ideals, social competence and moral integrity), the first four indicators, in order of priority, were detected as the major indicators. Also, it was found that most impressionable indicator among other indicators of sustainable business ethics, cultural competence, and opposite it, respectively are social values and social competencies. Conclusion Result of the study demonstrates that social values and social competencies effect on other factors. Therefore, in order to improve indicators of sustainable ethics, business ethics should be integrated with managerial efforts and with more investment to qualify social values and competencies.
